Li Ping Chao - Fiber Artist / 趙麗萍 - 纖維藝術家
The creative themes primarily focus on life and perception, exploring various meanings of existence. Fiber is used as the main medium, but the approach is not confined to a single method of expression. The works are delicate and rich in storytelling, skillfully utilizing the transformation of fibers to create a deep, inner resonance between the viewer and the creator.
創作主題多以生命與感知為出發點去探討關於存在的各種意涵，以纖維做為主要創作媒材，卻又不侷限於單一的表現手法，創作型態細膩且富有故事性，擅長運用纖維的各種轉化連結觀者與創作者之間的內在共感。
Currently living in Taichung City, Taiwan.
Graduated with an MFA from the Graduate Institute of Applied Arts (Fiber), Tainan National University of the Arts, Taiwan.
The work was selected for the Contextile 2022 –Contemporary Textile Art Biennial, the 2023/24 International Biennial for Paper Fibre Art, and the 2021 4th Fiber Creation Award.
目前居住於台中。畢業於國立臺南藝術大學應用藝術研究所纖維組。
作品曾入選葡萄牙CONTEXTILE、國際紙纖維藝術雙年展與臺南美展等......。
